Written in G minor, this is a fast paced, high energy piece that requires a good degree of right hand finger dexterity (including staccato chords and single notes), accurate rhythm and good bellows control. It is somewhat of a show piece that is set, unusually, in a minor key, and requires excellent overall instrument control.
